• Tarena (TEDU) up 6% after announcing that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the company may purchase up to $2.5M of its shares over the next six months
• AMD (AMD) up 1% after saying despite previous expectations that the company would secure all approvals to acquire Xilinx (XLNX) by the end of 2021, the companies have not yet completed the process and now expect the transaction to close in the first quarter of 2022
